Business relationship management consist of competencies, knowledge that supports a good relation between service organizations and their business partners. It is of larger scope than a mediator who aligns business interests with IT solution providers.
BRM consist of certain set of things:
It consist of set of process, principles and different types of relationships between solution providers and business partners.
