Velocity of Agile will be determined basing on the user stories done during the sprint meetings and the average work done during 2 to 3 sprints will be considered.

Velocity is a metric that is calculated by addition of all efforts estimates associated with user stories
completed in one iteration. It predicts how much work Agile can complete in a sprint and how much
time will it require to complete a project.

Velocity is a metric that is used to determine the amount of work that can be successfully completed by a team during a sprint. The team would add up the effort estimation associated with every user story that was completed within the said sprint and come up with a total, this total is the velocity. This would serve as an accurate estimation technique to determine the time that would take for the project to be completed.

The rate of progress of scrum team is called Velocity. It expresses the amount of story points completed per iteration.

An important rule of calculating velocity is that only stories that are completed at the end of iteration are counted.

1) What is the Daily Stand-Up?
One of the interview questions on Agile is sure to be about the Daily Stand-Up. The answer? Every day, preferably in the morning, the team meets for no more than 15 minutes to answer three questions:

What did you do yesterday?
What do you plan on doing today?
Are there any blocks or impediments that keep you from doing your work?

This Scrum ceremony is not meant to be a status meeting for stakeholders, but a way to energize the team and get them to set focus for the day.

2) Describe what happens in the Sprint planning meeting.
In Sprint planning, the Product Owner presents the goal of the sprint and discusses the high priority product backlog items. The Delivery team then chooses the amount of work for the next sprint.

•   Agile is a methodology and scrum is a framework has set of values and principles.
•   Scrum is now widely used for products, services and managing the operation of organizations
•   The individual team is highly flexible and adaptive
•   This delivers working software in a regular intervals to client
•    welcoming changing requirements
•   whole agile team has responsibilities working towards the client solutions

There is no specific example for explaining agile nowadays it is implemented across all industry verticals where solution needs to arrive soon or fix issues or customer acquisition new markets etc…

What are the different types of scrum meetings?
The sprint planning meeting is held before the sprint begins, to define what will be delivered in the sprint.
The Scrum Daily Standup Meeting is held daily. This meeting is short, fifteen minutes or less. And each member of the team tells the rest of the team what they did since the last Scrum meeting, what they will do before the next Scrum meeting, and what is blocking them.
The Sprint Retrospective Meeting is held after the sprint, for the Scrum team to reflect and review on the last sprint to determine what went right and wrong, and initiate process improvement.
The Backlog Grooming Meeting is often held during the sprint to allow the team to review the top priority items in the product backlog.
The Sprint Review Meeting is held at the end of each sprint and time-boxed to four hours. In the meeting, the work the team completed in the sprint is demonstrated as a product increment – potentially shippable working software.
The Scrum of Scrums is for information about the team as a whole, not individual members. The members work on identified issues.

Explain Velocity in Agile?
Velocity is how much work of the product backlogs a team can handle in one sprint. Points should be considered:
Team size
Project complexity.
Interruptions and multitasking of team resource.
Sprint duration.
Can’t compare velocity to other team capacity.
